Cindy Kurtz has lived in Loveland since 1970. She spend a few years in the Aurora and Colorado Springs area. When the opportunity presented itself, it only took a split second to decide to return to Loveland. Although it was great to experience big city living, Loveland was definitely the choice when it came to raising her family.

Cindy has been licensed Realtor since1990. She started her career in Colorado Springs and has been selling in Loveland with The Group, Inc. since 1995. In December of 2005, Cindy earned her CRS designation. Realtors who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated expertise in the field of residential real estate. Less than 4% of Realtors nationwide have earned the credential. She enjoys every facet of her job, but especially loves getting her customers where they want to be on time!

    1998-1999    President of the Home Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council-won the national award for most productive Sales and Marketing Council in the small to mid-size membership range.

    Philomatheon Organization: A women's service organization.
    Church Organization: Endowment Committee Secretary, choir
